Wonderful tea to drink it bedtime keeps you regular This is a great tea that I’ve been drinking for a long time! It has a lovely taste and it’s nice to drink at bedtime and I promise it will keep your regular! If you have a sensitive stomach you might want to Only drink half a cup and save the other one for the next night! It doesn’t bother my stomach at all but it can really make you have to potty a lot if you have a sensitive stomach! But then that’s kind of the purpose of it! This is a must for me when I travel!!!

I buy the his particular product for a tea to drink if one in my family are irregular and need some support with emptying their colon. This is gentle overnight relief

Tastes good and achieves the intended effect, but don't use it more often than necessary. From what I understand laxative products should be used in moderation to avoid over-reliance on them.
