Finally able to reach vaulted ceilings without ladder! This is a very study (and little heavy but doesn't bend) and has multiple cleaning heads that really get any cobwebs. A bit pricey but worth it - not light and plasticy. Sturdy enough for outdoors.

I received this product and was immediately impressed with the quality and sturdiness of the pole when extended. I used the pole with a cleaning attachment to remove numerous Joro spider webs which were on the outside of second floor windows and later cleaned the windows with another cleaning attachment. Then I ordered a pruning manual hand saw attachment to begin raising the canopy of several trees in my back yard. This worked flawlessly for several trees and the results were impressive! Unfortunately, while removing a branch on one of the trees, the pole separated at one of the sections. I had hoped that the pole could simply be reinserted, but found that a plastic tab and bushing had broken. I contacted the company and they immediately replaced the pole. Great customer service! Don’t worry about some of the negative reviews on this product. The company stands behind their product and it is one of the most useful tools you can own if you have areas around your house over 15 feet and you don’t want to get on a ladder. You will use this product and your neighbors will want to borrow it. Again, the customer service is exceptional!

We have 25' high ceilings and struggled to find anything that could reach the peak and the high windowsills without wobbling. This product does that with ease! The pole is extremely sturdy and locks into place. It is as long as promised and the attachments are of high quality. It requires some strength to hold, but that is just a testament to how well it is made. I would buy it again and would recommend it to anyone with similar needs!

It is very sturdy and the attachments are well made and easy to attach and use. The weight is a bit much for extended overhead use. If there's a way to keep it sturdy ,while lessening the overall weight a bit,that would be ideal.

I received this product and the distal extension did not stay extended. I contacted the company and they immediately replaced the pole. Great customer service! The product works great. I have very high ceilings and a ledge above a door that I used to have to climb up a 20 ft ladder to get to. This pole is very sturdy, heavy but no so much so that I, as a senior, can't lift it. The attachments make getting spider webs, dust and all the bugs settled on the high ledge very easy to get. Also very effective for getting cob webs off the outside of second story windows. Would highly recommend.

Wow! Indeed you get what you pay for. I love all their products. The extension pole ( I have 2 sizes) adjusts easily and is so sturdy and maneuverable, making it easy to remove spider webs from porch ceilings and window eyebrows. The long, bendable duster is perfect for cleaning above kitchen cabinets and ceiling fans and high moldings. The window washer squeegee and removable “wash mitt” are far superior to the big box variety. The squeegee itself is a much higher, flexible quality. The fruit picking basket is perfect for grabbing mangos and avocados. You can’t go wrong.

The pole is very sturdy and I do not anticipate any issues with it. The bendable orange duster pad made cleaning several very high & dusty ledges a breeze. There was so much dust that I was afraid that dust bunnies would come hopping down! That was not the case. The dusting pad contained the dust. I was also able to reach cobwebs that were on my 24 ft ceiling with the cobweb attachment. The only issue that I had is that I was missing the squeegee. I emailed customer service and I immediately got a response from the owner. She apologized for the error and sent me a new squeegee with the fastest shipping option. She even followed up with me to make sure that my shipment had arrived! Now that is GREAT customer service! My living room wall has 11 windows from floor to ceiling. The squeegee made cleaning these windows so much easier. I did not say easy. I just said easier. The low windows are a snap. However, the high windows are much harder to do. The 10 in squeegee was too small for my huge windows. I will need to purchase a larger squeegee. I think that once I get used to this manner of window cleaning, I will be able to conquer this arduous task thanks to Extend-A-Reach!

I received this in time for some preholiday cleaning. I was going to order off the company website but was unable to do so because they do not currently ship to my area. They suggested I order from Amazon and I lamented the fact that there was a discount code available on their site. They promptly applied the discount to my Amazon order. I was incredibly impressed by their customer service. I probably bought a longer pole than I needed but the product is extremely well made and the attachments are quality products as well. I was pleased with the price to value I received. I have some three story areas that need to be dusted and was able to get to them quickly and easily with this pole and attachments. There isn't any reason you would need anything else beyond perhaps the chenile hand mat for whole house dusting. Because of the universal attachment I will be able to put this to good use outside for exterior products. You can buy this product without any reservations.
