Not long ago, I wrote a negative review about this product, but now I want to retract that review. I am a senior single male, and I have suffered stomach problems for some time now. I therefore decided to incorporate some baby foods into my diet, and I quickly discovered that the change helped quite a bit. My original review criticized the size of the portions and the somewhat watery consistency of the sweet potato. I mentioned that the taste was "OK". Well, I decided to heat up one of the cups in my microwave oven (through trial and error I found that 23 seconds is the perfect amount of time for heating.) After heating the sweet potato, I mixed in 1/4 teaspoon margarine. It was simply delicous! I'm now in love with Gerber Sweet Potato Puree! It is simply the tastiest vegetable product this septuagenarian has ever eaten, and so kind to my aging tummy! I'm hooked for life! ........ There. Now my conscience is clean .....
