User friendly, but just like anything, it takes a few tries to remember how to precisely enter the different formulas. I use this calculator for an Introductory Statistics college course and it makes my life so much easier. It also comes with a charger. Works fantastically. Great buy in my opinion. I would highly recommend this product to others looking for a quality statistics calculator. I was also not expecting it to be so large compared to my TI-30X-IIS! Not a bad thing, but it was definitely a surprise! (Uploaded a picture for size comparison)
