Additional edit: after reaching out to me, the seller sent a replacement! I have since changed my review because the fact that they took it upon themselves to offer the replacement then follow through with it really shows integrity, and that they support the quality of their products. So far the light is working properly. I reiterate, I really loved the first light and was bummed when it stopped working. It is super cost efficient for such a strong light - strong enough for several plants. I will include a picture of how I had the original one set up to give an idea of how many plants you can use it for. Keep in mind, I used that light without the one that you will see on the ceiling. I installed the ceiling light only after the original light failed. Thanks, LBW! Edited to add: the seller just reached out and is trying to help resolve the issue. They've mentioned sending a replacement. I will come back to update my review as things unfold. I appreciate them for reaching out. I would give this 0 stars if I could. After only 7 months of owning the light, it has completely stopped working properly. About a week ago, it randomly started shutting off on its own. I thought it might be just that the timer had stopped working, so I tried using it without the timer. Although this was super inconvenient (and the timer being one of the main reasons I went with this light), it still worked until I turned it off. Now, it will turn on and only stay on for a very short time - maybe 5 minutes or so. I'm so disappointed because this was a pretty decent, strong light. I was even willing to look past the INCREDIBLY UNSTURDY nature of the stand. Now I basically have a tall paperweight and am out 40ish bucks. Definitely save yourself the headache months down the road and go with something different.

I bought this light under a year ago. Worked great till today when it starts blinking. Now it won't stop unless I unplug it. It was perfect for all my plants. Time to look for a new one with better reviews. Edit, the company contacted me and told me what they thought was wrong, it was the power supply. They sent me a new one, and my light works now. I really appreciate them helping me and sending me the part free of charge. If I ever need a new light, will order again.

These lights are a good quality and do work. I find them easy to assemble and love their portability. The lights come with a timer that makes it great and really bumped these up for me. You can adjust brightness as the lights move easily closer and fuether away as needed. I think these lights are a great affordable option for many plants especially starters. I successfully bloomed Sweet 100 Tomato plants with them however I did upgrade my lights because my plants outgrew this. While I was able to get blooms in my Sweet 100 plant I would reccomend if using this light to only do 1 plant for say the triple light or use a determinate variety instead. My Tiny Tims and other similar varieties did great with these lights. I still use these for other plants such as my Brocolli, herbs and succulents which I brought some inside for the winter. They have helped extend the life of them beautifully. Here are the negatives and why I did not rate it a 5 but a 4. The legs can be a little wobbly. Its not so much that they will fall over but depending on the surface you have them on there may be some wiggle. I had no issues with them falling or anything. Thats really the only negative so far. I have ordered these now twice and have 2 of them. One of them I bought more recently and the other is over a year old. Its still going strong. I have the larger model with 3 lights in it.

When I ordered these grow lights I was a little concerned they wouldn’t be what I needed for my lemon trees. They are PERFECT! My trees are happy and my late fall lemons are beginning to turn yellow! (Had to bring the trees inside when temps here dropped below 40 degrees Fahrenheit) I absolutely recommend for anyone needing to keep their plants growing inside and extend their “sunshine” hours! Oh, and assembly was quick and easy!

Like a few other reviewers, this grow light worked well for me initially, and then suddenly stopped working. I agree that it is a bit unsteady and does not seem very sturdy, but it did serve the purpose of providing light to our plants which we are keeping in the basement during the winter months. The timer function worked well, and I was initially satisfied with this purchase. About 2 months after I purchased it, it would not turn on. I first tried to locate a way to contact the seller/manufacturer in my purchase history, but the only links I can find on Amazon are to product support where it gives you troubleshooting suggestions, all of which did not work, but no way to contact the seller. Finally, I chatted with Amazon customer support and although the representative noted my item was outside of the return window, she credited me the purchase amount of the item "as an exception" with the amount added back to my Amazon gift card balance. The 2 star rating is for the product, as it should not have failed within 2 months of purchase. But big props to Amazon customer service for giving me a credit of the purchase price. I believe the issue was with the AC adaptor - because I did have one from another device which is the same 120 volts and tried it with the light and bingo - the light worked. So if you're having the same issue with your light, try the adaptor, that might be it. Feb 2025 update: Customer service reached out to me and offered to send me a new AC adaptor. I did receive the adaptor and I'm updating my review from 2 stars to 3. The adaptor should not have failed so quickly but the customer service is very good.

I have had this lamp for a couple years. I use it on my seedlings every year and it’s great. It is great to have a grow lamp when you want to get a head start on slow growing plants like tomatoes and peppers early in the spring. This lamp does a great job compensating for indoor, low light environments before plants can be moved outdoors. The lamp is big and has a tall stand. I like the bendy head so it’s easy to adjust. Only downside is that if you have the tripod folded completely out, make sure you set one of the legs underneath the lamp head or it will fall over.

This is the best grow light I have ever owed. The price makes it even better. I have never been able to grow basil until now. I repotted the supermarket pants as always do. In the past with other grow lightst they all wilted and died within a week. The timer is set for twelve hours a day, and they are thriving. As to some posts that the stand is not very sturdy, I have it in a no traffic zone so it is a non issue for me. In three weeks the plants are over 12 inches tall and very healthy. Alfred

Ok I have a love hate relationship with these things. So hear me out and you decide what you need. I needed LIGHT, not playing LIGHT. These things get an A+++++++ for that. My lemon tree,lime tree and orange tree love them. HOWEVER, if you want it all to point in the same direction you are going to join me in the love hate. They want to topple you've got to do it just right. So with that said ive purchased two different times. So as much as it annoys me the light is what i needed and this bad boy has it. Expect to use some room with the tripod base. It does eat floor space.
