False Advertising - not for sleep quality
These are water extracted and so do not contain any triterpenes. Triterpenes are the main sleep promoting compound in reishi mushrooms and these only contain beta glucans which do not promote sleep.

Lots of impurities and metals
I felt like this batch is not pure , so I gave it for testing in a lab when tested locally found high level of chemicals like mercy and lead can share the test report if needed
