I'm giving this 5 stars based on my limited experience. So far I have used gracious with success to heal what I am pretty sure was a bad ear infection. My ears felt slightly congested, and noticed one was bleeding. There was slight discomfort as well. I took 2 of these pills twice a day for two days and all symptoms when away. I also noticed that I sleep more soundly when I take these pills. I don't wake up as much in the middle of the night. I feel less aches, joint pains and inflammation as well. I've been using these pills for two weeks now and they have seemed to ward off or quickly resolve autoimmune flares. But with autoimmune conditions it's hard to tell so more testing is needed. I will continue to test and update my review. I've purchased a bottle for my parents. My mom has a cryoglobulin condition and I am hoping this will somehow help. It's said to help with HBP so will test that too and return my findings. Update: this seems to work well for my 12 year old cat who started peeing outside the box. She has done it before, but now it is becoming more unacceptably frequent. When cats do this, it's usually to tell you something is wrong so I took her to the vet. The vet said she had an UTI. Since it was a Friday, I had to wait until Monday for the antibiotics. I decided to experiment and give her some graviola, mixing it in her soft food. She responded well to it and was her normal cuddly self. She since got the antibiotic shot, which seem to work but a week later I notice that she is not cuddly, is not sleeping in her usual places and started peeing outside the box again; this time right in front of me. I just spent $600 at the vet for nothing. Not wanting to shell out more money, I gave the graviola in her food again (she's 8lbs so I gave her like a quarter capsule). Ten minutes after eating, she curled up to me on on my bed and started purring. She's been distant all week, crying here and there and as soon as I gave her the graviola she was back to her perky, cuddly self!! Knowing that graviola is great for the immune system as well as calming, I am going to continue to give this to here over pharmaceutical injections from the vet. It is only the first day, and second experiment so I can't say with 100% confidence that this is a cure for peeing outside the box; so far so good though. In my experience, a happy kitty is a good kitty. I will continue to update with my findings.

I have used these for years, and have found good and bad points to them.. My mom has degenerative bone disease (weak bones), arthritis, etc.. A while back, she had a lot of problems where she could hardly walk, and even was on Rx pain meds constantly because of the pain.. The doctor had her on Vitamin D3 and calcium pills every day.. That did not help much. Then I found a Calcium suppliment that had Phosphorus in them.. So much, that she no longer need Rx meds for the pain, and, she could get around a lot better. I guess it was the extra phosphorus that really made the difference.. Not much stuff has it in it, including one a day type vitamins.. In fact, a lot of them have none.. The reason I bring this up is, even with taking those, if my mom took these for too many days in a row, and these are something most people take a couple of pills, a few times a day.. But, if she took these for too many day, I guess it uses up the phosphorus in your system or something, because she started to feel like she did before she started taking the vitamins with phosphorus in them. This obviously will not be a problem for all people, but, if you have that kind of a problem, then know it is a possibility.. and if it does happen to you, stop taking these immediately. As for me, I never had any problem like that. What I have found is, while I can not say it has improved my mood, or anything like that.. They say that these help support your immune system..; I do not think that they help with things like colds, but, we have found that if you start to get something, like a UTI (urinary tract infection) and it is not bad yet, if you drink a lot of water to help flush out your system, and take these, they will help, and act like a mild antibiotic, and help get rid of the mild UTI.. Every so often, I have a problem like that, with an infection of the root of my teeth.. It does not happen much, just once every couple years.. But, when it does, I started taking these, and it seemed to clear it up there too. So that I do not need to go to a doctor to get a Rx version.. Understand that these are not going to clear anything up if it is too bad.. You will need to get something stronger, like a Rx.. But, if you catch it at the beginning, these may work so that you do not need to get a Rx. I take some of these, here and there.. Sometimes, it is multiple times a day, for days in a row.. but, there are other times that I do not take any for weeks too. That is just me.. But, that is what I know from my experiences over the years.
