Women's Stainless Steel Heart Shaped Stud Earrings With Crystal Accents

Not at all what expected. Rather let down to be honest. Description didnt mention the fastening was butterfly fixing. Thought the bar clasped down to hold the earring in place, which it does not. Arrived in a flat envelope marked like a box, it wasnt padded nor like a box. The earrings are just on a piece of card, in a bubble pack packet (not much bubble) and then inside a plastic bag. No presentation box. In fact I've bought cheaper earrings that have been much better presented. Very disappointed with Michael Kors they need to do better. One of the posts was slightly out of line, which I put down to the packaging. Both earrings are exactly the same down to the little sparkle detail on the top edge. I would have expected that detail to be on outer edge on both: one on the left side of one, and one on the right side of the other.

These earrings clearly weren't new! This was a rip-off and I'm extremely upset! The earrings came turning green and one of the earring backs was different from all the rest. That earring back was also turning green and black and was completely clogged with what I assume was ear wax :/ This is highly disgusting and unacceptable! If I didn't live so far away in the Caribbean I'd return these ASAP and demand a refund! I am MOST UNHAPPY with this purchase especially since I bought them for my daughter as a Christmas gift!!!!! 😡

They came bent at the back and are unbearable. They were gift snd now I lost out because I have to order another

These earrings are pretty. I was taken back though by how they were packaged, in a clear zip lock bag. You'd think MK jewelry would at least come in a nice box. One of the earring posts are bent as well. They are cute but not really worth the price imo
