I ordered this product for an ugly Christmas sweater party. I washed it one time exactly as the instructions stated (cool water, inside out, dry on low heat) and the vinyl design started to wrinkle and peel off before wearing once. I was super bummed because this wasn’t a super cheap purchase like something off Shein. I messaged the seller and they sent me a new one. I washed the same way and HUNG to dry instead and it has been fine so far! The seller was quick to respond, but did blame me for tumble drying the sweatshirt, but I simply followed the care instructions on the listing. I am very appreciative of them acting quickly and sending me a new one free of charge though. The sweatshirt is soft and comfortable.
