Helps with anxiety
Still finding my rhythm with this but it definitely helps with lifting my general malaise and anxiety. I was a good sleeper before and I find it does keep me awake if I take it in the morning, I'm generally okay if I take it late afternoon. We're all different though so see what works for you

Works wonders for anxiety.
Tastes really nice. And works wonders. Reduces my anxiety. If I know I'm going to find something stressful, I'll pop a number of drops in, and find that my body just doesn't get as nervous as before. And so my mind doesn't respond to the agitation. It's like having a really nice bath - my mind isn't altered, but my body is calm.

The little bit of calm in your day
Ive been experiencing pretty bad anxiety recently and while it doesn't take it away completely I feel it is helping to calm myself and manage it better.

Didn’t work for me
Taste is great but even though I have never used CBD oil before and this is high strength I didn’t feel any benefit from it when used. Might work fine for others, just didn’t work for me.
