Originally got these from a brick and mortar. Liked them, so got some from amazon. They are pricey, so either rely on a return policy or get fitted in a store.

I had my foot scanned by Aetrex at the mall. The computer recommended these. I love them. I put them in my cheap Walmart slippers and they are perfect. I realized I need arch support at home in the house with wood floors. I tried 5 other less expensive insoles and none were this good so I guess I have no choice but to pay for these. But they are great. I ordered a second pair for my dress shoes.
