Q: I need for frozen veggies. I see it's shallow but the cover is domed. Will broccoli and cauliflower fit?

I use this product on a daily basis for my diet. I put broccoli florets cauliflower florets, snap peas, carrots, and more. Now, at times I do have break down the florets, but to me that is not a big deal for perfectly steamed veggies. Jay

Q: Could I steam hotdog buns or hamburger buns?

I would think so but have never done it. Just a quarter cup water in the bottom part and experiment with time.

Q: Can you cook meatloaf in it?

It's a *plastic* steamer. If you want to steam your meatloaf, then go for it. Otherwise, I would bake your meatloaf in a metal or glass pan.
