The back wall of my house is 30' above grade, and I have windows all the way up to the top. Using the Unger 18' extension, and a couple rungs of a ladder, I'm able to clean all my windows in an hour. I know there's a special soap that they recommend to use, I've found that spraying the windows down with a hose, I can scrub and squeegee right away to get them spotless. This tool is a lifesaver, and I don't need to use any chemicals to get my windows clean. And I can use the extension to scare the hell out of my wife from across the room. A+

Works as advertised

I don't care for the design of this product. It has such a short handle that you have no reach at all in washing windows. You have to be right up on a stool or ladder because of such a short reach. I don't need an 8 foot handle that costs about the same price as this unit. I just need a couple of more feet of reach. Tried to use another wooden handle but they've got this designed so it's incompatible. I'm sure the product works well once you solve the problem of how to reach a standard window in your house without having to climb a ladder! Not my cup of tea. If you want the whole system be prepared to spend a lot of money.

We are an 83 year-old building with small window panes. We really had not been able to clean the windows well until we bought this washer/squeegee. Others were too wide to work on our small windows. Not only did this one work, but it worked really well. It was easy to use, and our windows look better than they have in years. Might have been a little expensive for us, but we are really happy with the results.

Watched how the window man did windows and decided to get a good brush and do it myself. It does make a difference what kind you by. I did 36 windows easily inside an out and this product not only held up well but washed up beautifully. It was a great size to use for all my needs. The handle is sturdy and looks as indicated and the squeegee blade was of good quality. Would recommend it!
