I recently purchased this dehumidifier hose for my basement setup. Since I prefer not to go down there frequently, I needed a reliable solution for automatic water drainage, eliminating the need to empty buckets. This hose has been the perfect solution. Its length was ideal for reaching my basement drain, and after several months of use, I've experienced no leaks whatsoever. We've had a particularly rainy season, so the hose has been thoroughly tested and is working exceptionally well. The hose itself is quite sturdy and a bit stiff, which gives me confidence in its durability. I fully expect it to last for many years. I'm extremely satisfied with this dehumidifier hose. It performs its job perfectly, removing water from my dehumidifier without any issues. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a long, reliable, and leak-free hose for their dehumidifier.

Got this to use on a pump. Works how it should no leaking.

One of my hose reel's lead hose to the bib broke. I could use duck tape to fix it. Since it's been years and it's a bit short than we like, so I decided to take the chance to replace it with longer one. I search my local stores trying to find a replacement lead hose. It's much more than I expected to pay. Amazon comes to rescue !! Again :) I found this without knowing the diameter, I bought it on a whim. When it arrived, I was so happy but I don't have time to use it. Voila, time to clean up the honey do list. A weekend, I took out the leader hose to the garden hose thinking how difficult it would be to connect a hose. Am I wrong about a simple connection!! The leader hose and this hose are different diameter! I need a converter / connector to bridge this hose and the original leader hose. Because the size difference, I can't connect this leader hose to the hose reel directly. Luckily part of the old leader hose is still good for about two feet. Off I went to look for a connector at my local hardware store. Not knowing what size will fit, I bought a few different size and a few clamps to save me back-and-forth trips. Finally, after getting home, it's determined the right size connector is 3/4" to 1/2". The original leader hose is 3/4" and this leader hose is 1/2". Connecting the hoses using the correct connector and clamp it down to ensure a tight fit. I replace the rubber seal on the old leader hose then turn on water. Wohoo - it works on first try and no leak. I do wish the title / listing specify the leader hose's diameter to make it easier and get everything in one trip. Non-the-less, it works great even if needs to convert to a different size.

Exactly what I needed to help execute annual "to-dos". Sump is right near the water heater and I used this to drain it. Can also be used for a dehumidifier.

My hose leaked. From the reviews it seems like a flip of a coin decides whether you get a good hose or not. It does not come with a typical hose gasket so that’s probably why it leaks. I can’t decide if I should purchase again and hope for a good one or buy hose gaskets on Amazon that cost as much as the hose for some reason. Update- ordered gaskets and it fixed the problem right up. It no longer leaks. AND I ORDERED IT AGAIN- just to see what would happen. The 2nd one actually came with the gasket needed to stop leaks. So- all is good.

The hose lasted less than a month. It started leaking in SEVERAL spots of the actual hose; not at a connection point. Really bummed. Do not recommend

The hose I had started leaking at fitting , tried new washer but it keeps dripping. This should fix that

Being used on my dehumidifier to drain into floor drain in Laundry room. Have had no issues with this since starting using about a month ago. No leaks and should last forever.

Works well attached to a kitchen faucet diverter. I used both for a washer spinner. It was easy to attach and remove.
