My baby LOVES these but for a toy that will likely go into mouths and get drooled on, the bells should better quality. They're rusting and not safe for baby mouths.

It's Christmas and my baby isn't quite 3 months old but he has 2 older siblings so he needs to get stuff from Santa too. This was a perfect stocking stuffer. But it ended up actually being one of the only things he got that he's interested in. Why? Colors. Movement. Very soft not annoying or jarring tinkling bells. It is perfect for "play" in the newborn stage and beyond although I'll likely ditch the bells when we hit the hand to mouth stage.

So fun and cute but the bells barely jingle! Wish they put off a little more sound and jingle. Giving it three stars because they still keep baby busy with colorful string and I appreciate wooden cloud instead of plastic!

This was a gift for a special needs child. It has colorful ribbons and the jingle bells make a noise, but it is not too loud. She can hold it easily. I has been played with often since Christmas and is holding up well. She is not teething, but it is smooth wood and ribbons, so it is not chewy. It was not bought for teething but for a new toy and it serves that purpose well.
