Beware may cause joint pain and inflammation
Love the quality of Lost Empire Herbs. Fantastic company. But I found out that gogi berry is part of the nightshade family. Nightshades in some people can cause joint pain and inflammation. After starting gogi I started having knee pain every day. Previously I had pain every so often but not every day. I stopped the gogi and so did the pain. Research it for yourself. But again Lost Empire Herbs is a fantastic company and have the best quality herbs. I have been a customer of theirs for years.
