Chickens ignored it until I sprinkled oyster shell on it. Once they tasted the snack, they went nuts for it. A coworker told me about this treat, her chickens love it. I had to get it for my chickens.

The peeps loved these! They were hesitant at first but after one hen took a bite, they all joined in.

Hens enjoyed the sticks
Difficult or impossible to hang. Breaks into pieces which is how my hens ate it. Must taste good however, the hens enjoyed the extra morsels.

My chickens go bonkers for these...
This is not a bad price... a lot of sellers have it for a much higher price. Our local Tractor Supply sometimes has them in stock for $2.99-3.99 for a package of six, but they are often sold out. I give just ONE of the six treats to my 18 hens every morning, and I have to break it up into pieces and sprinkle it around their run so they all get a little (this is just a TREAT for them, not breakfast). But the girls come running for these every morning, and I don't like disappointing them when I run out. I stock up whenever I have the chance, and pay the higher price when I don't have other options.

My Chickens Love These
Our feed store had these, and my chickens loved them so much. I catch my chickens pecking at these on the shelf if I leave them out. Great treat.
