Let me warn you if you work overnight you may wanna wait until you get home before taking. I wasn't sleepy at all. Just felt tightness in my shoulder & felt like I needed to relax. Wow. I have very bad social anxiety at times. These pills really help to take the edge off. Going to pair with mag glycinate and see how well it does for my anxiety. Definitely recommend!

I started taking this a few months ago—one in the AM and I think it’s helped me stay a bit more calm through the day. It’s the only extended release I’ve found that seems to work. I’ve had zero side effects.

Why did you choose this product over others?: This is a high quality and strong dose of L-theanine. The dose is far too strong and potent for me but some people might find that to be a good thing. It is very sedating. If I use it I need to break it in half. It's so strong that I don't use it very often but it's good to have on hand just in case.
