This screen house is really nice, sturdy, and a very good size. We live on a canal in Florida so winds can be pretty high so a strong roof and well built screen house were what we needed. We strapped down the sides just in case but have not had an issue that needed it yet. We did take a week with two of us to build it, but some time was due to a couple of parts we needed that were missing from the several parts and boxes (9 boxes). When we reached out to the seller they bent over backwards to make it right! Could not have asked for a better response. Also love the magnetic doors and privacy shields that can be taken off and stored in supplied storage racks.

Very impressed with the quality of this product. It arrived in nine well-packaged boxes, each clearly labeled. The seller provided a helpful checklist for delivery. Assembly isn’t difficult but is very time-consuming—definitely a two-person job, maybe three for the initial frame. The only issue was installing the bottom roof rails; the corners were very difficult to push into position for proper placement of the brackets and inserting the screws, and could be better manufactured. Instructions are mostly diagrams, so expect a learning curve. That said, the finished product is a solid, well-made product that looks great and is definitely worth the effort.

This gazebo took along time to put together. Instructions could be clearer, alot of pages to go thru so this is a timely project,. Alot of screws and bolts to put in so takes time to put together. Some predrilled holes were off set so made it more challenging to line up. Like the inset screen cover windows for different weather. Overall satisfied with the results and is sturdy, color is nice, but don't know what the square fake lights are for, they don't work or light up

We received the 12x20 ft sodium gazebo in perfect condition. We only had one missing part, but after contacting customer service, we received the part in just a few days. There are a lot of parts. The manual had clear pictured diagrams with each part labeled. It will take three people to put this together in three days. We used a 4 inch concrete pad for support. The windows attach very easily. The doors have very strong magnetic closure. You will need to close the door lightly or you will lock the door with the strong magnets. No worries, it will open again Ising both hands. I am very pleased with this gazebo. Honestly, I don't get much work done, since I spend hours sitting or taking a nap on my couch in the gazebo! This is a great investment! I also have the milky white plug in lights all around the gazebo which is very nice. The customer service is top notch! If I have a question, they repond within 24 hours!I am looking into many years of enjoyment with this gazebo. The size is perfect for 4 swivel rockers and one 3 seater couch with plenty of walking space. Top quality , the screens are very tight which is good.

Not as easy to set up. Need about 3 people. But once it is set, it is perfect. Wind will drive rain inside the top vent. Love the panels for the screen windows they are noisy when the wind blows but turn the radio on and enjoy! The sun will warm it in the winter too! All the boxes and parts came the first time. But the directions were a little hard to understand with no words. Especially when you do not do this type of work. But we figured it out. Very sturdy and we have some strong winds.

The instructions were not in the box marked as 1 of 11. Had to go opening the boxes to find the paper work and hardware to put it together. That should all be in the first box, IMO. Second issue I have is the size is wrong, IMO. I got the 12*20 with walls. The size is based off the roof. When I measured the roof it was 11.5 by 19.8 not 12*20. The item is not cheap. The area should be 12*20.

2/28/25 If you are in a northern city prone to snow, there ARE PRECAUTIONS YOU NEED TO TAKE (see photos). Buy some decent 4 x 8 sheets of 1/2 inch or stronger plywood and lean them against the sides of the gazebo (put some 2x4 guides to keep from sliding) to disperse the weight of the snow. ALSO IMPORTANT cut some 2x4 supports at the right width to jam under the middle run of the roof lines. The snow and ice this year was too much weight for that long run of light metal. It bent by the time I returned to be able to shovel off the load of of it. There is a simple fix that purple leaf can incorporate at the beginning and am happy to discuss with a DESIGN OR ENGINEER team leader. The drip line also froze and bent the end caps that hide the roof slats. This is not as ez of a fix but have a few ideas that may work. Despite this, I still stick with my rating and AT THIS POINT, and have ZERO “buyers remorse”. Purple leaf also has been VERY RESPONSIVE. You will end up liking this after a slow start with the instructions. Just stay with it and do not get frustrated as it will become easier to follow. When finished, it will be a great addition to your outdoor area. There are a lot of windows so it gives you a lot of configurations for air flow. Having a lot of windows, you do have to be sensible about how many you wish to remove as you will have to put them all back in if it storms and you would like to protect any inside furnishings that you might have. A couple suggestions if you had 4 moderately strong people, you might consider constructing the roof on the ground and then lifting up on the frame. Also the drip line is pretty fierce , I would suggest that they give you a small channel to put under the front and back of the roofline to direct the rainwater so you can walk into the gazebo during rain without getting drenched. I will be creating a drip gutter to wick the water away from the entryways. Lastly, instructions should come in an attached weatherproof package attached to the outside of one of the boxes. I am not convinced yet of the strength of the windows as it pertains to the harsh winters that we face in the North so I asked to purchase a few extra windows to which the company said they would consider. Very happy.
