I developed a sudden reaction to regular at home gel nail polish. I tried multiple HEMA free brands but even though the reaction was less, my fingers still became swollen just a few hours after application. Even regular nail polish seemed to give me a reaction. I almost gave up on any nail polish but I came across Manucurist and the brand promised to be allergen free. It was the only one I could find like it, which still used a lamp to cure. It claims to be free of any allergy causing molecules so I decided to try it. While it was initially expensive, it has been well worth it. I had absolutely no reaction and the more I use it, the easier it is to apply. It is not quite as hardy as regular gel polish but it still lasts really well. It can be removed in 1 minute so it’s easy to redo any nails which chip. I’ve had it on for two weeks and most of my nails are still perfect. I usually redo it every week to keep it looking fresh and I like changing colours regularly. It’s so easy to remove and it doesn’t cause damage to your nails. My nails are actually longer, stronger and healthier than they have ever been. It seems to condition and strengthen your nails which is a massive bonus I didn’t expect. As long as you prep the nail first, it goes on beautifully. You need to be a bit more precise when painting as it does start to air dry but as long as you paint thin layers, it’s perfect. It is highly pigmented so only two coats are necessary. So much better than any other brand I’ve tried and I am definitely converted. I just wish Amazon would stock more colours though as I have to order from France to get the full range.

I love this nail varnish brand . I am allergic to some nail varnish , but not this one. What’s great about it is it’s vegan. I brought the whole kit a while ago and keep adding colours. There is a nail polish remover is quite expensive and I don’t believe you can use any other product to remove the nail varnish. But it works quickly and removes the polish in one go after a little soak. There is an easy to follow quite, you do need to take your time, but the overall effect is very professional looking , my nails last as long as any salon nails . They look and feel like gel nails and I have had so many compliments. I can’t recommend this brand enough.

Finally, a nail polish that really does live up to it’s advertising blurb. I have only recently discovered Manuchrist and it really does last for for ages. Beautiful range of colours to suit all age groups, I,E. From Teenagers to OLDER ladies, like me 😂! Looking forward to trying more of the beautiful colours that are available. Terrible cover so you need to apply few times and it dry ages during which always some damages. Not worth this money.

Goes on well, easy to use, looked really good and super easy to remove. BUT - although the polish lasted pretty well for the advertised 10 days, the colour faded REALLY badly from a pretty pale pink to a dirty peachy colour which looked terrible. Might just be the colour I picked but I don't usually find this with pale varnishes.

Easy to apply and remove. The perfect colour for every day wear. Lasts up to a week if you avoid soaking your hands too much, otherwise it can start to lift and peel.

I was really hopeful of having something that's gentle for nails and non toxic, easily removable and it is all that but unfortunately it has a staying power of normal varnish. It chipped badly on day 2! I won't be getting any more colours and I think I'm going to re-sell the whole set, as it's missing the point.

Nachdem ich bereits das Set von Manucurist mit Top- und Basecoat zuhause habe, habe ich mich gefreut, nun einen Farblack dieser Marke testen zu dürfen. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und das Fläschchen kam unversehrt bei mir an. Ausgesucht hatte ich den Farbton „Carnation“, laut Beschreibung und Produktbildern einen leichten Rosé-Perlmuttton. Optisch entspricht die Farbe vollständig diesen Angaben und sieht wirklich sehr hübsch aus- sowohl in der Flasche als auch auf den Nägeln. Während Top- und Basecoat dieser Marke sehr dünnflüssig sind, entspricht dieser Farblack von der Konsistenz anderen Gel-Farblacken und ist gerade so dickflüssig, dass er sich gut auftragen lässt. Der Pinsel ist etwas lang und könnte breiter sein, aber auch so gestaltet sich der Auftrag ohne größere Probleme. Anfangs sieht der Auftrag ein wenig streifig aus, aber das ist bei mir bei Perlmuttlacken immer so und reguliert sich noch vor dem Aushärten. Hierfür benötigt man nur eine handelsübliche UV-Lampe, in welcher der Lack 2 Minuten aushärten sollte. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die guten Inhaltsstoffe, mit denen von der Marke in erster Linie auch geworben wird. Dadurch ist der Lack auch nahezu geruchsneutral, was das Lackieren angenehm gestaltet. Die Haltbarkeit überzeugt mich hingegen leider nicht. Ich habe den Farblack in Verbindung mit Top- und Basecoat der gleichen Marke verwendet und war direkt nach dem Lackieren mit dem Ergebnis auch gut zufrieden. Die Farbe sieht dezent und hübsch aus und ist damit sehr alltagstauglich. Allerdings war bei mir bereits am zweiten Abend der Lack an einem Fingernagel zum Teil abgesplittert. An Tag drei folgten weitere Absplitterungen. Dabei habe ich die Hände nicht enorm beansprucht. Ich habe den Lack dann nach drei Tagen abgenommen und nochmal aufgetragen. Leider splitterte dieser auch hier bereits nach zwei/drei Tagen ab. Auch wenn ich kurze Haltbarkeit bei normalen Nagellacken gewohnt bin, so hält der von mir sonst genutzte UV-Lack (den man nicht mühevoll mit einem Reiniger entfernen muss, sondern einfach abziehen kann) üblicherweise 7-9 Tage. Damit kann ich leben. Dass ein UV Lack aber nach 2-3 Tagen bereits absplittert, finde ich unzureichend, da man bei UV-Lack ja gerade länger etwas davon haben möchte und nicht jeden zweiten oder dritten Tag neu lackieren will. Daher finde ich auch den Preis von 19 € viel zu hoch. Im Ergebnis somit zwei Sterne für die schöne Farbe, aber bei der Haltbarkeit muss definitiv nachgebessert werden.

Lovely pink polish - easy application and quick drying with the LED lamp. It is a classy pink - great for a classic nail look that doesn't draw too much attention.
