I got this for my 92-year-old mother who was spilling a bit of her food. Add messy eater to the long list of interesting stuff we do as we age. I liked it because it allowed her to keep her clothes clean but maintain her dignity, as it just looks like a lovely wrap. It was so nice she didn’t want to use it, because she was afraid she would ruin it. 🫠 I finally convinced her the whole purpose was for the food to land on that, and not her clothes. Washes beautifully. Now that Mom has passed I stick it in my work bag, and use it if I have a messy lunch I don’t want to spill on my work clothes. Highly recommend!

Who knew we needed this product? I'm so glad I stumbled on this scarf bib thing when looking for something else for my elderly family member. It is lightweight but effective at keeping her clothes clean when she is eating and catching all the fallen food on her lap. It is long and wide in exactly the correct places to cover her entire chest and lap without getting in the way when she's trying to eat. I've tried it on me when showing other people and I can see it would work just as effectively despite my family member and myself having different body types. It washes easily in the sink so I can use it for multiple meals before having to launder it. Definitely a good purchase. Very much recommend.

I needed a covering to protect clothing from food drops post humerus head fracture with arm immobilization. I first ordered a regular bib as it was half the price of this one. I found the plastic that backed it was very stiff and that felt uncomfortable plus I couldn’t do up the snap with one hand. I then decided to send for this one and it’s perfect. It’s soft and drapes well - no worries about back ties. Washes well. Expensive but does the job. Planning on using it as a “blouse apron” post injury.
