Spice Hunter The Seasoning Blend Jar, Fajita, 1.8 Ounce

My wife and I have used this fajita spice for 30 years. We've tried others and have always come back. It's not super bold, it's NOT HOT, and it's salt-free. If you want a little more flavor, just put more in. If you want hot, just add some chili powder. It's a little expensive but 100% worth it for us.

The packets that come with most taco or fajita box kits have unhealthy ingredients like cancerous Carmel color and other unfavorable ingredients! This taste good and I feel good about giving to my family. Will save you money as well buying things separately. So far every spice from Spice Hunter that I have ordered was a big hit. I have only been buying their spices lately because I am so excited by them! They smell so fresh and nice. They are exceptional quality for sure. They have definitely spiced up my cooking!!!

This is the best fajita seasoning I have found to date. It tastes very authentic and flavorful with onion, garlic, ginger, paprika, jalapeño pepper, or oregano, mustard, cumin, red pepper, parsley. It has no salt (or sugar) so it allows me to salt myself to taste. It tastes like what you would get in your favorite Mexican food restaurant. I prepared by heating a generous amount of olive oil in a cast iron pan (I use my Le Creuset), add meat and a generous amount of seasoning. I then remove the meat and add my onion, garlic, and bell pepper, and a cup of frozen mexican street corn and cook veggies until tender crisp. I add the meat back in and stir and toss and voila! It is quite delicious and the only reason I have not given it five stars is that I think it could have a slightly less ginger.

This is a seasoning we buy regularly. One of the nice thing about Spice Hunter Brand is that you can get seasoning that is salt free and it still tastes good. We use this for a rub on smoking, BBQ and cooking in the oven. It is our favorite on pork. This blend is very tasty but not overly spicy. Highly recommended.

I use it sparingly, just prefer a little. Lasts a long time. I use to make my own preparation of fajita ingredients into one bottle, but this seems better. And I'm fussy about spices.

Not a great flavor.

What can i say. I've added these to my vegetables, my grilled kabobs & my beyond meat burgers. gives my food the southwestern spices I wanted & is fresh. Tasty!
