I am just really amazed and baffled with my results! IF YOU FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS TO A "T" I PROMISE YOU CAN'T GO WRONG! I was seriously sceptical after reading reviews, but I had to take a chance because I wanted a quick easy shaving tool before I left for my sister-in-laws wedding. I'm incredibly lazy when it comes to shaving and hate the possibility of getting cut or ending up with razor burn. This is completely painless, safe, and not very noisy either.I truely do believe that if you use the directions they give you, it will work perfectly for you too. Charge it up before using it, use the regular head at a 45° angle for longer hairs and the MICROFOIL head at a 90° angle after to remove any left over stubble completely.PLEASE JUST READ THE MANUAL FIRST! It really tells you everything you need to know about how to keep it in good condition and how to get the results you want. Hope this helps!

So I waited over a month to get this after paying about $28. Finally got it and it doesn't even work. So upsetting.I had one before and loved it but this one was cheaply made very low quality. Would not recommend!!Also I'm still waiting on a response to get a refund and that seems to be also taking more time then expected. Will update with more information after return approval.

I love this thing! The size is so small and easy to store (have had others that are bulky and take up so much room), and it charges with the universal charger! I SO WISH i had this thing while i was backpacking through Europe last year, it would have saved me so many awful tiny shower/sink shaving experiences. Nothing is as close as a real razor on the legs, but it still does a great job and is also great for all the other places. And its nice because it only turns on when you touch it to your skin, and turns off when you not using it, so you dont have to hear the noise when you are not shaving. Love it and would def suggest it!

This works well without the foil on soft, longer hair, and nice with the foil on more stubborn and thicker hair, especially stubble. Be sure to keep it charged up, and follow the directions to keep it clean and working, and it will work for you!

Light weight and can be used anywhere. I use it for touch ups after shaving if I missed a spot. Great for preventing underarm bumps! Great for young girls just learning the shave

Had one of these before—loved it. This one does not work as well. Does not remove facial hair like me old. Makes a loud noise when trying to use it. Have not been real happy with this product.

Love love this product, it’s my second one in 2 years , and it’s the only hair removal product I found that’s true to its word . The best part about it is that it stays charged for so long . Happy customer for sure

Wife had one before it stop holding a charge so I bought a new one. We charged it for 24hrs but it does not work. It is extremely light then her old one. I think its missing motor.
