I bought these for my 7yo grandson as a Christmas present. The reviews talked favorably about the range, and that adults used these successfully for crowd management. The other selling point was that they were rechargeable. Give all this, they were a bargain! My grandson, and his parents, love these! He likes to go exploring in the woods behind his home, and they can keep in touch with him as he does. He's been using these for a year now and they are still performing well.

My kids wanted something for the woods and they work great. Clear as a whistle and the battery last a couple days if you don't forget to turn it off.

This was a gift for a little boy and her loves them. His mother says these are sooo nice and the range is really good. The both love the headphones which I think are awesome foe a walk-in talkie set to have. I’m getting a pair for myself.
