My kids and I are obsessed with these! They are super strong, so be careful at first if you arent used to strong minty flavors. You simply open it, get one out and it instantly dissolves on your tongue and you are left with super minty breath! If you are constantly wondering “doesn’t my breath smell” this is the thing for u. They do pack a huge punch so if ur sensitive these are not for u. They clear ur sinuses as well.
