Q: If you use this battery, is there a warning screen with the following message: "cannot communicate with the battery pack"??

No, the camera starts up similar to how it does with the original battery pack. The "Time Remaining" indicator works and is accurate.

Q: Does it work with my Canon Legria HFR68 ?

Don't know. It works flawlessly in my camera, a Canon Vixia HFR300.

Q: Last 3 batteries 718 & 727 (x2) were not detected by the camera!

Make sure that you are putting the battery in so that the contacts are touching. If it is put with the wrong-side-up, the contacts don't meet, so it doesn't work.

Q: Getting hfr600 camcorder with bp-718. bp-727 still works? does it matter?

Based on the list of compatible cameras being the same for both batteries, the BP-718 and -727 are interchangeable. The difference is that the -718 has less capacity (2100 mAh) than the -727 (3000 mAh). I have the -727 which gives me 200 min of recording time. Either is a big improvement over the 900 mAh battery that came stock with the battery.
