I've been using both the liquid and caps from Zane Hellas for MANY YEARS! I love this product. It seems to work well when I'm sick to help me kick whatever bug I have. Oil of oregano is known to kill pathogens and help the immune response. If you use the liquid be very careful to dilute it properly, add it to olive oil before swallowing because it's really strong and can burn in your mouth. I think it's a good value for the size. The pills are more expensive but definitely easier to take and more convenient. I keep both at my house. The pills are perfect for travel. Both smell like very strong oregano, as they should! That's how you know it has the essential oils of the oregano plant that kill germs and pathogens. As soon as I think I'm coming down with something I start taking this and most of the time I never even get sick. I will have this as part of my medical arsenal forever!!

I wish I would have kept the packaging but I didn't . It comes with all the paperwork on the third party testing. This really is a great supplement for the price. I take it for an antibiotic resistant UTI. I take it for 2 weeks ,one in the morning one at night and then I take off a week and I will repeat that process until the UTI is gone. These are very strong pills, you can smell them when you open them. And sometimes you can burp them, but that is a very small side effect for what you're getting out of them. Pro tip , if you put them in the freezer then you will not get the burps . If you've never taken OoO before I would suggest taking it with food. It doesn't necessarily upset your stomach however you can get the burps. I say it's an excellent value for your money.

This is my go to oil of oregano. It will knock out an ear infection in 3 to 4 days . It's my natural antibiotic. I suggest taking with food . It is very potent. Please put back the regular cap. The new is difficult to open and close.
