I didn't like this luster dust at all. The gold and silver didn't really do much on fondant, so I never tried with chocolate. Sorry I couldn't help.

could this be use on decorative, novelty soap?

This is something I would try / test out. Sometimes things work and sometimes not. Not knowing exactly what your soap is made up of and the process used, we cant say yes or no. We recommend trying a very small batch to see if it works. THANKS

What would be best sticking agent to use with this to paint chocolate molds?

This is use less I trew them out it gives no sheer no color no shine nothing
