Is this product free from paragons?

Just got mine is it supposed to have a seal? There is none...

Mine hasn't ever had one and I've been using this as a diaper ointment for 2 years for my kids

Is this supposed to come sealed?

I haven't received it sealed in any additional plastic overwrap but when I squeeze it, it's clearly a new bottle never opened up and used
