They are surprisingly tasty for something that’s a healthy snack. I’ve been consuming them in the post partum period, for which it’s ideal because even the calories aren’t that much. Not sure how much they actually help, but they are definitely a good source of essential nutrients. I am ok with the texture and the crunch of the biscuits unlike some other cookies available in the market that tend to get soggy. Recommend for the new moms !
