I adore these teas. They smell gorgeous, taste deli sous and the herbal blend is perfect for menstruation and pre menopausal symptoms. They're calming and soothing. Love the yoga poses on the box too. I ordered plenty as they're a regular go to in our household. My teenage daughter has just started her periods and loves snuggling up under a blanket with this tea.

Clean ingredients and makes a delicious cuppa.

I enjoy this tea as the taste is kind of what it says on the box: gentle, graceful and comforting.

Yogi normally balance all the flavours to make a delicious tea, but this is horrible. It just tastes of boiled leaves and is an effort to drink.

I’m a huge fan of Yogi teas but, sadly, this is my least favourite one. I recently started drinking loose raspberry leaf tea (fantastic for menstrual cramps) from another brand and was going away on holiday and thought it’d be much easier to buy them in tea bags. Although they’re packaged well and easy enough to pop into your bag, I didn’t enjoy the taste nor the aroma. Also pretty miffed that you can’t return the product, so I’m now stuck with boxes of these!
