Favorite tape
I love Kinesiology tape and the benefits. I’ve struggled with adhesives being too strong or weak in the past. Great durability and stretch. Stays on for days during workouts and showers. Comfortable and painless removal. Love the stretch guides.

KT tape
I gave it a four because when I peeled it off it took skin with it but it did work and it did stay attached to my skin

Sticky or Not Sticky, that’s the question.
It arrived on time, and I like the tape, but the first few pieces were not as sticky as the rest. (Maybe an older roll) but it’s still good enough to use for my physical therapy sessions and to help with the pain and discomfort.
