The flat k tips are great as far as quality. However, the glue that comes on the hair is HORRIBLE to get out. My stylist & another stylist worked 4 hours to get them out of my hair. She finally got them out. She cut the tips off & added new k tips on herself.

They turned fuzzy after the first wash and I use shampoo and conditioner specifically for hair extensions. The color was perfect. Sadly, the quality was not.
