Detroit Axle - Brake Kit for Dodge Ram 1500 Chrysler Aspen Durango Ram 1500 Classic, Drilled Slotted Brake Rotors and Ceramic Brakes Pads Front and Rear Replacement : 13.23" inch Front Rotor

I've used Detroit axle brakes and other products before and never had any issues and these drilled and slotted rotors are no different. So some people complain about brake dust, but I don't think it's bad at all. Stopping power is great and I have heavier and bigger tires then stock (275/ 65r20 10 ply E rated) and I tow a 33 ft camper that is probably 7500-8000 lbs. No noise at all and everything i needed came with the kit. I've done brakes before so it was a relatively easy job in my driveway. Even if I only got 2 years out of this kit it would still be worth it. I paid less for this entire kit then I paid someone to do just the fronts a few years back while I was out of work following back surgery and by less I mean significantly less,but I had no choice since it was needed and I wasn't able to do the work myself at that time. If you're on the fence go for it! This kit was definitely worth it and I've had it on since the beginning of October so 3 months or so and a few thousand miles.

Everything was good. Fit my truck like it said it would. My only issue was they put the pads for the back with my front rotors. I haven't had to do breaks for years now, so I didn't realize it until I went to put my pads on. My fault obviously. I made sure the rotors were the same diameter as the ones coming off. The pads are obvious which ones are front or back. Having them in the wrong rotor box threw me off for a few minutes. I thought I had ordered the wrong item at that point. 😅

Great quality, the brake pad hardware was correct and so were the pads. Drilled and slotted rotors are the way to go. Great stopping power. The size was correct and the noise level is minimal. Can’t beat it for the price!

Everything fit as it should. RAM brakes and rotors are heavy but always a breeze to replace. Also like the aspirated rotors for a sporty look and heat limiter. Thanks Callahan.

Perfect Fit, a little grabby at first but after a few weeks they work in very nicely. Can be a little squeaky going downhill with a load but that's to be expected. Fresh pads lasted over 2 years with daily driving and occasional towing, rotos lasted through 2 pad changes. Great buy for the value.

This brake kit was easy to install works great and looks great thank you so much. I have no doubt they will last quite a while and continue to give me breaking power when I need it.
