When I first bought them and wore it I had no issues. I straightened it and it was fine but unfortunately after dying it jet black, the hair was never the same.The hair now feels dead so will have to throw it away.As it is human hair, I thought dying it wouldn’t be an issue but I guess I was wrong :/

This hair was terrible quality and has a very strong smell that made me feel ill. I could not wear it in my hair it looked awful. I do not recommend this item.

I do love this hair and the texture, also the thickness as well. I ordered two packs because of how thick my African American hair is. I will say the description is wrong about how you can't dye/bleach it. It does take a long time to lighten it but YOU CAN bleach it, it's human hair for sure but the yaki texture makes a difference. I used loreal bleach powder (big bucket from Sally's beauty store) and volume 20 and 30 mixed together and it made this really pretty shade of auborn and caramel mixed with the natural black. You just need patience and effort but it works and the hair still curls, but I would recommend after washing out the bleach to put some hair mask cream on the extensions to keep the hair from frizzing and getting dry. Hope this helps whoever is curious about bleaching the hair! :)
