Quality teas well packed

and not the kind who drinks three cups of coffee before bed then wonders why they can’t sleep. i also have panic disorder, which im medicated for, but i heard about this tea and the benefits of it for anxiety/panic attacks/and sleep issues. i went in not expecting anything, and whilst it doesn’t magic any of your issues away, it honestly does relax you and just chill you out. the value for money is good as well, the bag is huge.and i think it tastes and smells really nice, sort of mild like chamomile, that gentle sweet smell. ive enjoyed it so much i always have two cups before bed now and will be rebuying because ive found the benefits so appealing.

Suelo comprar infusiones de esta marca y hago mezclas. En un bote añado pasiflora y manzanilla lo mezclo bien. Una buena infusión relajante y digestiva para después de cenar. Con una cucharadita de las de café de la mezcla de infusión. Introduzco en una bolsita que compré en Amazon. Son bolsas para hacer infusiones. Una vez rellena la pongo en una taza y añado agua caliente. Reposo de 8 a 10 minutos. Buena y de calidad.

A me sembra un buon prodotto. Profumato e dal sapore gradevole. Acquistato sotto consiglio del medico, non fa miracoli ma è comunque piacevole.

Ottima tisana per calmare.
