These are a great buy o would place on subscription. Great quality supplement .

Not sure why, but the formula really works keeping diabetes numbers way down to normal, but you have to do your part too watching your diet and moderate movement exercise.

Works to control blood sugar

This was prescribed by Dr. Mark Hyman in his Blood Sugar Solution program. It's difficult to determine how much the fenugreek contributes, but I find that my blood readings have significantly improved after following his diet and using the recommended supplements. (This is only one of many.) He is not alone in recommending fenugreek for people trying to maintain a healthy blood sugar level. This brand is expensive, however.
