this pure encapsulations brand ala works !! i do a ton of repetitive physical labor, on concrete surfaces. work causes pain. pe ala kills pain. just taking one capsule begins to have immediate joint & muscle pain reduction within 10 minutes after a long day of work. it might even promote better mental clarity as well, or just feels that way as neck & shoulder pain alleviates. taking one capsule before work prevents the majority of pain from occurring in the first place and allows more flexibility when moving. i'm breaking it down this way to illustrate the pe ala observable effect based on when you take it. i take these capsules infrequently, as they are expensive. so i use them more as a secret weapon against particularly hard work days. however, if there is a bigger picture health boost, then i may start taking these pe ala capsules once a day....
