Luma Nutrition Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM capsules have provided pain relief for my knees after two months use. At age 75 it feels good to sit, stand and walk with ease. Glad to have added this product to my daily regiment. Although the capsules are large, I find them easy to take as recommended three per day. The product is a good value and I appreciate that it is American made.

I started using this and realized my knees were not hurting nearly as much as they had been weeks earlier. My frugal husband wanted us to try a much cheaper glucosamine chondroitin and turmeric separately. I agreed to try but if it doesn’t work as well I would go back on Luma Nutrition brand. It was only about a week or so and my knees were hurting as before. I’m back on Luma and will stay on it It does make a big difference.

Constant pain is mainly in my wrists, elbows, knees and ankles. I was hoping that this would cut the pain level in half. At best, it may have reduced it by 5% and that is being kind. I'm glad that it works for other people, but its not the answer for me.
