Ordered this vacuum to replace a Dyson and was pleasantly surprised, lasted a month and the battery failed. A warranty replacement was sent and the brush head attachment fell apart in 3 months. Contacted seller who advised it was under warranty and the replacement would be sent in 10 days. Now 45 days later getting excuses about warehouse being moved etc. The product was not misused and barely a scratch on it. If you buy one keep you box for when you need to return it. UPDATE February 2023 - Much to my surprise I was contacted by Dreamtech to apologize for my poor product experience. They wanted to make it right and did, I received a replacement vacuum two days ago. I had chalked this up to simply a bad product experience and left it at that, it was not my intent to complain or request anything further. Dreamtech has gone out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome and I am. Thank you Dreamtech!

I was looking for a lightweight stick vacuum to supplement my 2 robovacs for narrow spaces and furniture. Wasn't concerned with suction or battery but wanted maneuverability, ease of use, and the right attachments. Dreame was the least expensive brand with a motorized mini-brush for soft furniture, and I have a robovac from them that I love, so I decided to take a chance. What a disappointment! First, they did not send me the product because they ran out but did not think to notify until I reached out for order status (multiple times and still waiting for a refund). I re-ordered from Amazon, which was more expensive, but at least they delivered quickly. I haven't even turned this thing on, but packed it right back and submitted for a refund because I can see right away that this thing is useless. First of all, it's heavy. If you are going to use it as an upright vac, it's not bad (the same weight as a normal vacuum), but I tried lifting it with a crevice/brush tool to use on the furniture, and it hurt my wrist. I'm not old and in decent shape, and the whole point of a cordless stick vac is the ease of use and convenience. At this point I'd rather keep my giant ancient canister vac that I was trying to dump as it's less exhausting to use. Second, it has this tall awkward roller brush head, like a powerhead for carpets on canisters, but with a plastic roller instead of a brush. What is the point of this thing? It won't clean carpets and it's too high and scratchy for bare floors. Moreover, it's very tall so it won't go under furniture. My canister's floor brush is low and thin and can get under the couch and TV stand - this idiotic roller head will only fit into large/tall spaces that my robovacs already can access. What exactly is the use case for this vacuum? It doesn't have the power to be the primary cleaner and it's too obscenely heavy and bulky to be a supplemental vac. It's not easy or convenient. I'm convinced that this cheap-looking piece of junk was designed by a privileged engineering student who had never seen a vacuum up close or ever cleaned up a speck of dust in his life. Argh! Back to the drawing board.

I’ve had this vacuum for years now and still works amazing! I was nervous about purchasing because of reviews, but it’s honestly lasted so long! I have three dogs and it has cleaned up their fur so well! I’ve used it in my 2 story house and now my butler-level home! The battery lasts well and it has different power setting available to keep batter longer while using. It picks up just about anything. It’s easy to dump out and I’ve been able to keep the color and beauty of this lasting today! We recently moved and the end of the multibrush detached from the bar! I was so sad and looked for a replacement and found the website it came from. It was an easy process, but thankfully I was able to snap it back in before needing to buy another one! It still works amazing and looks beautiful too! I typically vacuum once and a day and put it on to charge and it’s fully charged when I need it again!

I ordered this vacuum in April 2022. It is very light and easy to use - even on my three sets of stairs - and I have 3 cats as well, so a lot of pet hair. Worked great until May 2023, when the roller stopped working. I cleaned it out really well, but still nothing. I contacted customer service and they asked for a video demonstrating the problem, which I sent them. Then they asked for purchase info, receipt, etc. Turns out the vacuum was out of warranty by about 6 weeks, so I had low expectations. Imagine my delight when they shipped out a replacement part, no charge! The vac is working great again. I am pleased to recommend this vendor as a company who stands by their products.

Great vacuum for when it works. The head roller lasted about two to 2.5 years before breaking. Head roller is extremely difficult to take apart to fix (engineered on purpose that way) but I was able to repair it, though it broke again within months. The broken part was a torn electrical cable that broke because the head roller has a badly designed twisting hinge, the cables get caught and ripped if twisted just the wrong way. Vacuum is great if you want it to only last for a couple years. Replacement head on Amazon is 70 dollars so I will just be investing in a new vacuum, different brand

Our seven-year-old Dyson stick vacuum was no longer holding a very long charge, and while we liked it the price of new ones was hard to stomach. My wife saw these and liked the look of them, I expected it to be a cheap knockoff of a Dyson with half the quality but figured it would be worth a chance and we could always send it back if it was super awful. Turns out we like it WAY better than our old Dyson. Obviously we're comparing it to a much older machine but I was still overly impressed by several aspects. It’s lighter than our old Dyson while having a much longer battery life. The rubber wheels are so much nicer and quieter on hard floors. The suction seems totally adequate, we've been using it on medium and I don't find I ever have to switch to high, but it's nice to have the option if needed. The way the canister empties is very nice and so much better than the Dyson we replaced. It also hasn't had ANY hair get caught in the beater bar so far, something I had to constantly be cleaning the Dyson for (and at one point had to buy a whole new powerhead as it got too clogged and burned out). The only thing I don't like quite as much is that the wall-mount charge cradle seems cheaper and not as solid as the Dyson one, but so far it's held up just fine, despite some slight flexing which worries me a little. For the price paid, would absolutely recommend this over a Dyson to any friends looking for a new cordless stick vacuum. Oh, and it's much prettier to boot!

A piece snapped in the head and was no longer useable, my husband tried to fix it but it didn't help. I reached out requesting a replacement head and it's not been 3 weeks getting the same email re requesting the same info. I'm just getting the run around. This was actually the second one I bought because for the price I liked my first one but even the first one the suction isn't great anymore and it's been just over a year. Battery life is okay but you better move fast as they die from a full charge in about 20 minutes a full power. I would leave a better overall review except for the horrible response time and I'm doubtful I'll get a replacement or my money back.

This product is good for 15 months until its suction head broken, like other buyer's review, unfortunately the warranty is one year only. I contacted with the customer service, their response was quick less than 24 hrs even it was weekend. After get all the info, they provide a replacement part to me, but cost me $50, at the meantime, their update brand new vacuum on sale only $130. I still pay the $50, hopefully it can last longer. I mark 3 stars on this product even it's out of date now, extra Star for the customer service, the missing star for my $50 ^o^

So far it works really well! Wayyyy better than my Dyson. I had two dysons and I hated both of them. The suction sucked the batter life sucked. This has great suction I’m not having to go over things multiple times to suck it up and the battery so far has been great. Not to mention how aesthetically pleasing this Vaccum is. Would highly recommend!

Buyer beware. This vacuum seemed promising, in expensive and looks very beautiful but it’s the worst vacuum I’ve ever owned. From the very beginning, the battery life will last 10 minutes if I’m lucky 15 mins even though it says it’s a 60 minute battery cycle. Can barely get through an entire room before it dies and have to charge up again. Plus it takes time to charge. Also the suction is not as powerful and strong as I would have hoped and that’s even if it’s on the final setting. I was really trying to avoid investing in a Dyson and wanted something that would get the job done. It has been a real disappointment.
