¡Deberían darles un premio! Por fin encontré lo que siempre soñé. Sufro de migrañas y este casco ha sido de gran ayuda. Me alivia rápidamente y se agradece el hueco que tiene en la parte posterior para sacar el cabello. Lo único que podría sugerir es que reduzcan la separación entre los bolsillos (sobre todo entre el superior y los laterales) para maximizar el área de cobertura de las pacas de hielo. Compré uno talla M ya que mido 53 cm y me quedó perfecto. GRACIAS.

This really does seem to help. It's a bit difficult to put on with long thick hair, definitely worth putting your hair in a pony tail and it create kinks if you leave it on for long enough, however, for the relief it provides it's a small price to pay. This is the first cooling/compression device I've tried as I've always been skeptical about how effective it would really be. I'm now a total convert. I keep it in the fridge in a plastic bag with the cool packs already installed in the pockets so i don't have to insert them with a migraine. It doesn't get rid of the pain but definitely reduces it and feels really soothing. Very impressed.

This was good and I believe it helped me. My only issue was that it seemed partial cooling? I wore it every and it fit great no other issues. I do recommend it, its better than nothing for sure. It made me feel somewhat protected

The most helpful review I have read is from Erica Woods (4.0 out of 5 stars) "Best for Chemotherapy cold-capping purposes." If you want to buy this cap for chemo, you must read hers. She explains how to cover the area iceKap fails to cover. I have been doing lots of research about cold caps for chemo therapy. I tried this cap—one of the pros is coldness lasts longer, but the biggest con is there is a large area not covered with ice pack across the Pony tale hole to both temple areas. If you use this cap, hair loss might start in those areas. I heard it is good to start cooling 30 minutes before the infusion and 90-240 minutes ideally after the infusion. Cooling scalp after infusion is important (!!). If you have three iceKap caps, I think that might work well for a longer treatment by putting back the used iceKap in a cooler with dry ice for one hour and reuse each iceKap that way. I know it is quite expensive but cost-wise, better than rental services. Also I heard pricing Paxman (FAD approved automated scalp cooling system) is capped at $2400.

Covers everywhere except temples, which is a real shame, the ice does a good job on all other parts of the head, and gets super cold, but for me when I have a migraine the main place I want to focus on is the temples, though the rest of the head still hurts. Absolutely shocking to me they would leave their product with such an obvious flaw.
