***** Update ***** The seller contacted me and replaced the water pic. I waited this long to update my review to be sure that it was not going to have the same issue. This is by far the best water pic I have ever owned. I am very happy with it. Holds a charge well, easy to travel with and great power range. Plus it’s cute. I loved this water pick at first and used it almost every day. Best water pick I had owned by far. It held a charge for a long time too. However the third time the battery gave me the red low charge signal I plugged it in and there was no response. I tried everything,plugging it into a different socket a different charging cube and nothing. I’m so disappointed ☹️ I tried to contact the seller but there is no way to do so that I could find.

So glad I found this after much research to replace the cordless WP I threw away. It is made very well and is easy to work with. If you use it gently, it should last a long time. I use a mixture of mouthwash and water and it makes my mouth feel fresh. I use it 2-3 times per day and I love it. I really like that it works even if you tilt it and I have worked my way up to medium intensity. What's even better....it holds a charge for a LONG time. It came charged and I used it for over a month with no change in performance. I decided to plugged it in anyway to give it a full charge to see how long the charge would last. I am still working on that charge; it's been months! I also like the attachments and carry bag for travel.

Got it during prime days or a lightening deal last July. I loved it until the very end. It decided to stop working yesterday. 🥺 I have sensitive gums and some odd gaps between my teeth. This made flossing pain free.

First, let me say that this is my very first toothbrush/flossing device. Today I used them both. I can’t believe the difference in the way my teeth and gums feel! It feels just like I went to my dentist for a cleaning. My dentist suggested that I start using an electric flosser. I’ve only used the one that has the big water cartridge (Sonic Waterpik device), attached to the small cord. It was a HUGE HASSLE! This device is so much easier! The water cartridge is attached to the flosser! The cord and water cartridge are all on the device. You pick it up and use it just as you would an electric toothbrush. There are different levels of water pressure and you just need to play around with it until you get the desired pressure you like. There is also a toothbrush, tongue scraper, and several types of flossing device attachments. THE ONLY NEGATIVE ABOUT THIS DEVICE IS THAT THE TOOTHBRUSH ATTACHMENT DOESNT MOVE LIKE AN ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH DOES. However, if you don’t mind brushing your teeth manually, you can brush and floss at the same time with the toothbrush attachment they supply. I tried doing this, and it worked well too. It’s all about your preference. If I were in a hurry and needed to brush and floss quickly (while still doing a great job on my teeth) I would have no problem using their toothbrush attachment. Thankfully, I have plenty of time and will use my oral b electric toothbrush first and then I will use this electric flosser. The point is to get your teeth and gums as healthy as possible! I could not wait to write a review about this product! I’m amazed at how well it worked. It was easy to use and it cleaned my teeth so well. My dentist is going to be HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY! If your looking for a convenient electric toothbrush/flosser that cleans and flosses your teeth well, SERIOUSLY GIVE THIS A TRY! You will not be disappointed. Oh and one more thing, I have Rheumatoid Arthritis in both hands. My hands have been damaged a lot. But, for anyone who has problems with their hands, please know that this device was so easy to hold and maneuver. It wasn’t too heavy or slippery even after the device is full of water. This is coming from a woman who drops EVERYTHING!! Just give it a try!

Update: The company has contacted me and has worked hard to make sure I am happy. They are shipping a replacement. So I have updated my rating to 3 stars. I plan to update again if the replacement lasts.....been using this daily since I received the replacement. It continues to work fine. I recommend this company! Original review: Bought this as a gift for my husband. He used it 1 month and it is no longer working. Motor just buzzes and won't pump water. He has not been hard on this and he has taken care of it. Possible battery issue but battery is not replaceable.

I purchased this in June 2023. This product worked well and recharged properly when needed . After 5 months it will not charge. The buttons go from red to green and then to flickering blue. I am disappointed as it was easy to use and worked very well… my dentist noticed a difference. Anybody have a similar problem? Have you contacted the seller and gotten help??

Dental hygiene is very important to us we have used quite a few of the expensive products and when we purchased this we were looking for some thing that would sit on the counter and not take up too much space be ready to use whenever we need it have a very long shelf life as far as battery and orange plug. We got so much more. This thing is sleek does not take up a lot of room battery life last about a month and you can throw it in the bag and take laugh on a trip it is very strong and does the job it was meant to do it gets all the debris out from in between the teeth you can use it as a dental brush there are quite a few attachments this product is well worth the money you pay

Most water flossers are very difficult to clean. This one is very easy to clean. The tank can be taken out easily and its opening is wide enough to clean. It has strong built and grip. Easy to hold. The tank big but not large to make it heavy when it’s filled. Lots of options for the flossing tip. I love it
