Only just started using it,but so far seems very efficient. Keeps the nasal passages clear as stated on the pack,not suffered any adverse effects.

This spray gives some relief and is very easy to use. It may not be strong enough for everyone.

This is a very good nasal spray of the saline type. A little more to it than the ordinary saline spray that may help. As with other sprays of this type you can use it as often as you like. If you have sinus problems you may find this useful.

Don't use this if use are sensitive, it burnt my nose out , I had swollen throat also. Painful scabbing blisters after painful sinuses after using this! Horrible stuff should have better warning on package.

It goes to work quite quickly.
