Very very pretty, holds a lot of rings

First one I purchased came out of the box Christmas morning completely broken. I submitted a return and another one was shipped to me. The second one I received was completely broken exactly like the first one. Sadly I have not only been inconvenienced with this but now I have to wait 7 days after the receipt item back to get a refund.

The skull and stand came unscrewed. Skull is off centered once screwed into the base. Metal looks spray painted poorly near base and you can see the original metal color. Only keeping it because the skull stands on its own without the base.
