Its a thick liquid. Taste a lot like vitamin b12, you know that particular flavor, but tastes good

The best vitamins! I love that it's absorption, which is excellent from an intake perspective. One thing is important: the taste is not the best, so I leave it in the fridge, and it tastes better cold.

I recently purchased this liquid vitamin because I struggle to swallow large pills and was hoping for an easier alternative. Unfortunately, no matter what I tried—whether mixing it with soda, juice, coffee, or even ice cream—the unpleasant, fishy taste was impossible to mask. It was so strong that it caused me to retch and I could not get past it. To make matters worse, as this is a food or vitamin product, the company does not accept returns. This policy makes trying the product a costly gamble for new customers. I strongly recommend that the company offer small sample sizes so people can try the product before committing to the full, expensive purchase. I am very disappointed as I really thought this would be perfect for me. And the people in the ads this company puts out must get paid a lot to say this stuff taste good.

Flavor is nasty but it works. I stir it in warm water and down it like a shot for maximum absorbancy, maybe I'll try a different flavor. Flavor =🌟 🌟 but effectiveness=🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The 3 stars is a comment on taste. Don’t know how well it works because I have not been taking it long enough to notice a difference but my guess is that it’s a good product, as are most Mary Ruth’s products. But I can honestly say I’ve never tasted any of these products that tastes so horrible. Will not be buying again for that reason alone.

I’ve ordered this twice now. It’s great and I’ve seen an increase to my energy levels. I dislike the taste, it reminds me of how wet dogs smell, if that makes sense. I recommend you take it by mixing it with water or juice of your liking.

So far so good. Trying a liquid multi for the first time ever and I feel fantastic, notice a more sustained energy level throughout the day than during past months I find it is a solid multi-vitamin base to which I can easily add other supplements without worry for absorption interference.
