Braun Series 9 PRO+ 9417s

Good shaver very securely packaged and very quickly delivered - except to the wrong address. Neighbour, so easily located. Am impressed with its function. Shaves good and close on first pass largely. Good retracting clipper attachment. No skin irritation, nice light weight. Is a little noisy but really not a problem.

Ok splashed out on this razor, having reviewed many? And yes pleased with the shave. Not as close as a wet shaver but not too far away. Easy to clean, battery lasted about 3 weeks shaving once a day, so not bad. Time will tell how long the foil lasts .

Good quality shave, a bit buzy but feels solid in your hand. Works well up to three or four days of stubble after that it's not so good, hence four stars. Good value at the reduced price.

As a lifetime "wet shaver" finally decided to give an electric razor a go. Chose this Braun model after looking at many reviews. Very pleased I did - the item was expensive but gave a excellent comfortable shave (once my face had got used to the change) For the first time in my life I had no razor rash under my chin ! Easy to clean with the brush provided and overall a very good item especially with the extended warranty from Braun. Highly recommended

I am delighted with this electric razor—it has provided me with the most exceptional shaving experience I have ever had. Even after using it every other day since charging it in February, it still remains strong and reliable in April. This razor is a significant improvement from my previous Philips model, which started to pull at hairs instead of effectively cutting them. Although it is on the more expensive side, for those who value convenience and dislike wet shaving, this razor is worth every penny. I cannot stop recommending it to my friends.

This is my fourth shaver of this or similar model. I use it wet in the shower as you are meant to be able to. It gives a good shave but after about a year, water gets into the unit and causes havoc with the electronics with shaver turn on on its own, locking up etc. I had the three previous models replaced by Braun. My fourth replacement has just died with the same issues. Clearly not designed for continual wet use.

best product ever

I bought this product to save me time in the morning instead of wet shaving.It took 3 times longer to try to get a reasonably close shave ,having to go back and forth over and over etc!I know that I will not get as close as a blade but this product shaves no closer than my OLD Philips Arcitec.I am getting my £190.00 back and have ordered a new shaving head for my Philips costing £16.00.After reading a lot of reviews I was very disappointed when I used the product.
