Served its purpose

My daughter's Tahoe had an AFM lifter fail. So, I decided to do a DOD/AFM delete because it was likely the other lifters would be more failing soon, too. I decided to gather all of the parts necessary vs buying a pre-assembled kit. I didn't cheap out on quality and still saved ~$130 over the TSP kit with fewer necessary parts. After tuning out the AFM, the Tahoe started right away and ran like new with no ticking and no CEL.

The Hardware that comes with this kit is complete garbage - nothing wrong with the retainer plate but do NOT use these fasteners!

Don't waste your money better to buy a reputable brand

For price works great and quality felt as good as the oem piece. Definitely buy again.

Replaced my oem one. Oil pressure been around 40 psi at idle. 5.3 lm7

Plate looks good. Bolts not so good torque down to 18ftlbs. top one would not torque. Almost broke in the block.
