The RISICULIS 11-Piece Wooden Kids Kitchen Knife Set has been such a fun and practical addition to our family kitchen. All three of my kids enjoy using it, and it’s been a wonderful tool for helping them learn food prep safely while improving fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Even my neurodivergent kids do really well with it. It allows them to be engaged and confident without the stress of handling anything sharp. What’s been especially meaningful is how this set has helped one of my neurodivergent children who has food aversions. As part of her feeding therapy, getting hands-on with food using these safe tools has made her more comfortable exploring textures and participating in meal prep. It’s been a gentle, empowering way to build positive associations with food. The mix of wooden and plastic tools gives a realistic cooking experience that feels grown-up yet safe. It also fits beautifully into a Montessori-style approach, encouraging independence, sensory engagement, and confidence in the kitchen. Thoughtfully designed and family-friendly, this set has made cooking together both enjoyable and therapeutic. The quality is average but what matters more to me is how well it functions and helps my kids.

My sister and niece both love these. My niece is now able to practise and help her in the kitchen safely.

It’s a great set for kids although… My sons fingers got stuck in the small plastic things and we had to go to the hospital to get them off. It would have been good if no holes

Our toddler always loves to pitch in with the cooking process, and these kid-safe wooden knives have been the perfect way to let her participate safely. We are so thrilled with this set! The design is perfect for her little hands. The knives have a so nice feel, they are lightweight, and she finds them very easy to handle. It's been wonderful to watch her confidence grow as she helps cut soft fruits and vegetables. On top of that, they are very easy to wash after she's done. For any parent with a little kitchen helper, I can't recommend these enough. It has made cooking a fun activity we can do together.

We bought this for our son for Christmas. The product is great for toddlers. WARNING: the small cookie cutters will get stuck in toddler fingers. No blame for the product creator, but wanted to make sure others know that you could potentially have to cut the cookie cutters off of your toddlers fingers like we did. We plan to use the rest of the set, but we threw out the little cookie cutters.
