Previously had a Vinotemp whichever lasted 25 years. Wanted something less pricy. This product has a sleek design and is well constructed. Like the variable temp aspect. Well priced. Comfortably holds 172 bottlesNote: It is ship dropped. Need two to unwrap and move. Also a little effort needed to balance it.

Nice and quiet, looks great installed, does a great job cooling. Build quality looks good. Feels like good value for the money.

I find the Velieta to be the lowest priced dual zoned unit in its capacity class (177). Personally, I was not looking for a high-end unit. Both arrived within 5 days and on schedule. 2 units purchased at the same time. I was sent an initial text to confirm the delivery date and a 2nd text when the driver was 30 minutes away. Delivery guys placed each unit where I instructed. I unpackaged the units, installed the handles and started the units. I started placing bottles in gradually over the course of the next few days.After 7 days, both units are working perfectly. Minimal noise, bright lighting. I'm not testing the temperature independently, but the bottles are certainly chilled. The digital thermostat reads a 10-degree separation between the top zone and the bottom zone.I purchased this unit because it seemed to be appropriate for a mix of bottle sizes, and I've been able to store 750's and mags, BDX, NapaCabs, Champagne, Ports alike. While most racks are typical BDX, they can hold similar sized bottles, and there are 3 racks that are oversized at the top, middle and bottom of the unit.Within 2 days after shipment, Velieta emailed me to check the status of the shipment and again after 5 days to check the cooling status on the units. They also emailed an extended warranty which they provided at no extra charge.I'm giving 5 stars because the units are exactly what I expected for the price, design, features and quality. I'm thrilled with them and will probably buy 2 more.Updated August 2024.Now have 5 of these. They all read the same temp consistently. No issues whatsoever.

This is the second wine cooler I’ve purchased and it is phenomenal. I love red wines and it keeps the temperature perfectly stable at 63 degrees. The racks are plastic but trimmed with wood and it has a nice blue interior light that looks great.The assembly involved installing the handle and waiting a day before plugging in to stabilize the refrigerant for proper operation.My complaint was not with the unit but with the third party delivery company. They dropped it on the front porch on a broken pallet and refused to bring it inside my house. Luckily I had a dolly and my girlfriend and I managed to get it inside and unboxed. The box was damaged but the unit was fine. That an hour I’ll never get back so shame on you delivery company.Overall I’m very happy with it and would buy it again if needed later. It’s a good value looks beautiful with the stainless steel frame and handle and fits perfectly with my stainless kitchen appliances.

Very happy with the product. Product as described but dimensions bigger then listed so add another inch in height when planning.Quick cooling to 36-37 Fahrenheit ideal for cold beverages. Spacious and easy to fit different kinds and sizes of beverages.Very quiet functioning.Using for about a month and no problems at allSupport very responsive, used for warranty registration..

As wine appreciators and collectors, we needed a new stand alone wine refrigerator and only found very expensive ones. From experience. we learned the hard way that price doesn’t always have a direct correlation with longevity. We saw this one and liked its appearance and size. We crossed our fingers and ordered it. It arrived when expected and as soon as we removed all the protective coverings we immediately commented on the sturdiness of the product. The shelves slide in and out very smoothly and are very stable with metal bases, unlike the shaky wooden ones we had on our previous “ triple-priced” wine refrigerator. It was very simple to start up and attach door handle, with the detailed manual instructions. It is very heavy- that’s good, but with a dolly my husband easily slid it into the 24 inch space that formerly housed our other chiller. An added bonus were the pretty blue lights that can be on, off or on a 20 sec. timer while selecting your bottle. It looks so professional and glamorous. Holding about 80 bottles it deserves to be an eye catcher. I will submit another review if time proves me wrong, but I expect this one will be with us a very long time!Cheers!

The cooler is perfect. We have it over a year now. One handle went loose. AfterFixing it went loose angain. We called the service. Lily was very friendly and helped us out without any problems. Guarantee was already over but they immediately sent a new for free.

This is a great looking wine fridge. Keeps your wine bottles at the perfect temperature. I did have an issue with the cooling fan making noise. Customer service was very helpful and replaced it with a brand new wine fridge right away.
