A friend told me about this product that she heard from a podcast on digestive and bloating issues. Being a type 2 diabetic I have always had digestive issues. So I listen to my friend and ordered The product Hilma from Amazon. Best decision I’ve ever made. It’s been a life saver for my digestive system. A great product!

Works well, just have to remember to take it 20 minutes before you eat. Very good product in helping with digestion.

I have purchased and used this for a couple of years. I only took it when I was experiencing symptoms and it always brought relief quickly. In the past few months I decided to take it regularly,1 a day, it has worked so well and completely prevented all gas and bloating issues.

I do not take supplements or other natural type medicine but my husband brought this home the first time and I had to admit it really helped. The only issue I have is that the fennel taste and smell can last for a few hours. For me its a trade I'm happy to swap for the pain of gas but thought it was worth mentioning.

This product does exactly as it says! I live with celiac and it can be difficult, especially if going out to restaurants. Even if a strict diet is followed, symptoms are still lingering in your system. This product has been a true intestinal soother. Try it and you won’t use any othe over the counter product.

I have a severe case of acid reflux and have had extreme gas and bloating issues for years. I can honestly say that these are a lot more effective than most other supplements I have tried. I was skeptical at first, because I have tons and tons of products, and most of them just have the opposite effect on me- they make the symptoms worse. Many of them cause even more bloating or end up giving me heartburn. On the flip side of that, some supplements I have tried help marginally but don’t eliminate the symptoms. This one pretty much eliminates them PLUS doesn’t cause me other issues. The only advice I have for anyone who wants to try them is to not take them in abundance- just whenever symptoms start acting up- usually about once a day for me. Every twelve hours seems to be good or possibly a little longer. The instructions on the bottle say that you can take up to six a day, but I have learned not to take anything in surplus, since OVERDOING IT seems to throw things off also. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing to take all six but it seems like at two, I’ve pretty much maxed out the benefits. I obviously can’t eat whatever I want with a case as extreme as mine, but using these supplements- as needed- in combo with my regular meds and a strict diet have really helped get things under control for me. They’ve helped me so much that I’m actually much more comfortable throughout the work day than I was, and I have been able to pretty much eliminate flare ups. I don’t know much about this company, but I have a feeling they might have a daily supplement or something that might help to improve my overall digestion. Coming from someone with SEVERE gas and bloating issues - who almost doesn’t respond to anything- this worked for me. I’m really, really impressed with this one. I’ll definitely be researching other supplements by this company to see what else by them I can add to my regimen. Oh and last but not least- this isn’t really important but they have a delicious taste! Kind of tastes like black licorice. Very soothing.

This did not work well for me. I have found other ones with natural ingredients that work better.

The best gas relief supplement out there. Believe me I have tried them all. They work fast and last longer.
